Mercury 150 xr6 shutdown low compression

Hello i have a 2000 mercury xr6 150, during my last trip my motor shut down with no warning buzzer after second powering up river for a mile at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle .. Motor seemed hot but not burning up. Have had earlier issue with it not peeing at idle,but was informed that the xr6 models would not always pee until the stats opened.. the tell tail was peeing at start up and later in trip but did not notice prior to shutdown. I motored in on my kicker and since have done the fallowing:

checked fly wheel for free rotation (was free rotating )

checked temp sensor wiring ( alarm) (all was hooked up as far as i could tell but found the starboard side wire was warn in half under the loom just below the sensor. thus no warning???

checked compression cylinders 1,3,4,6 all came in @ 110 but cylinders 2,5, were @ 65...

any ideas...moving forward :

Seen this on another forum... 2 & 5 are linked together by trigger so check the trigger and switchboxes after repair to engine. Also disconnect idle stablizer/spark advance module and set timing at 22? at cranking.
