Engine flops to starboard side when tilted and at WOT - 2007 75 HP Mercury Optimax

When I tilt the engine it flops all the way to the starboard side. Also, when on the lake at WOT if I let go of the steering wheel it turns all the way to the right if I dont catch it first.

Does the steering need to be adjusted or tightened? How do I do that.

Adjust the steering tab above the prop, center it or one or two notches to the right depending on where it is now...

Thanks for the reply. Will this also take care of the engine tilting to the right on its own when out of the water in the tilted position ?
