1978 mercury 110 9.8 hp electrical question

i didn't take it apart but i am putting the motor back together and have a question about the wiring. coming from the cdi box there are two wires that are left to connect, an orange wire and a black wire. the black is ground. does the orange connect to the coil on the stator?

also where does the kill switch wires connect to? the black is ground the orange is?

The black wire is to connect to a block ground and the orange wire is to connect to the kill button for the motor. Be sure to put the green and green/white wires to the + side of the coils and the black ground wires to the - side. JMO
