Mercury 15 hp 2 stroke engine was running great then it started to stall when put into gear. Replaced fuel, fuel-filter, and spark plugs; no difference. Checked spark with tester and one is good and other is intermittent, swapped plug cables and problem stayed the same. Checked voltage on leads from Switch-box and one is ~4v (good one) and other is ~ 1v using a Digital Volt Meter. I'm not sure what the readings should be or if this is valid test. Does this point to Switch-box or something else? Anyway to test the switch-box ?
