2002 mercury 75 hp 4 stroke bogs at half to three quarter throttle

I had my outboard tuned up at a boat mech. and has not run good after that. It idles ok, and runs alright up until about 1/2 to 3/4 throttle, then it bogs down. changed plugs and wires, ran seafoam through it but still runs like crap! Any suggestions on what to try? will not take it back to the same boat shop.

I have the same motor but a 115.....needs to go back to the shop if it ran good before they worked on it....is this carbed or fuel injected.. I always send my injectors out every couple of years for flowing and cleaning..makes a huge difference given the Ethanol we are stuck with...just my 02.
