1994 Sea Rayder 90 HP Mercury Sport Jet

Having a problem with engine shutting down. Engine will start and run for a few minutes to 1 hour. Runs strong then suddenly shuts down. When I check the ignition it does not have any spark. Boat has the newer red stator (about 2 years old). When I test each component everything seems to test OK. Not sure where to go from here. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Not sure if this will help, but a friend of mine ran into a similar issue with a Johnson. Turns out that once the motor warmed up, a wire in the power pack would separate and kill the motor, then once it cooled off, would fire right back up. Ended up replacing the power pack.
