I have been trying to figure this out all day - I have no power to the ignition switch - fuse has been replaced - tilt and trim work - can hot wire the solenoid switch and get motor to turn over - something is wrong with the wiring harness - none of the wires at the switch have power?

I am not sure where to look next - any help appreciated.

115 hp the harness from the motor to the start switch provides no voltage at the start switch. Battery is strong and motor will start if I hot wire the solenoid.

It definitely looks like you are not going to provide the s/n so I can't help any further.

Turns out my 20amp fuse was getting blow due to instrument panel problems. Had a couple wires crossed on the tach.
