We recently purchased a pontoon with a Mercury Classic 50 motor on it. When we unloaded it and drove it to the dock it ran fine, but that is the last time it started. We have replaced the fuel line and the spark plugs and the bulb but it sparks but will not start. Is it possibly the stator? I am very frustrated and cannot get anyone to our lake to look at it!:grumpy:
