1996 8 HP Mercury outboard torque specs? [ANSWERED]

Hello all, I have to bolt the water jacket cover and the exhaust cover back on this bad boy and have no idea what the torque specs should be. I have searched the web high and low but nothing comes up for this motor. Does anyone have a manual or experience?

According to the service manual the correct torque for these is 60 in-lbs, (6.8 N-M) for both. Thank you Gerry.
