Mercury 9.9hp service manual

I need a service manual for a Mercury 9.9hp.
Model # is 10103120D, S/N 0C279461.
Not sure of the year model, but the bill of sale was 5/22/90

Not sure why your SN doesn't show up in either the dealer program or the Merc online site, but that 0 next to the D isn't valid either.
Did you get the SN off the motor, or the swivel bracket?

Anyway, Click here to download the service manual for that motor.

For parts, you just need to find a site that has an OEM lookup program and look under the range your serial number is in. That was/still is a very popular motor.

Thanks for the reply. Both #'s are from the warranty registration card from the dealer.
the S/n also matches what I find on the motor swivel bracket.

Look and see if there is a number stamped in the core plug in the block. If it's the same thing, you might give Merc customer service a call and explain that the numbers don't show as good numbers, even here https://webapps.brunswick.com/literature/literatureSearch.do
