Won't start 1971 Mercury 650

It ran fine last year. It's the first time iv'e tried starting it this year. The engine turns over but no start. I don't know where I should go from here... clean the carbs... what about seafoam... Any ideas are appreciated!

1971 Mercury 650
4 cylinder

Last year I cleaned the carbs, put in a carb kit and put in a water pump kit

Compression,
Spark,
Fuel

Never mind, i got it goin, just had to keep trying to start it
