The button in the boat and one on the motor will lower the motor down but when I tried to take it back up nothing happens-don't even hear anything trying to run.Manually lifted motor up,checked fluid level before I got plug out fluid ran out of plug so I'am assuming fluid level is ok. Noticed 2 rod's/piston's one was down flush, the other one was sticking up.Any ideas what my problem is?
