I have a 1976 mercury 500 with no water coming from the pee hole,we have made sure it is not clogged ,removed bottom unit and blow air through it and no air is coming from the tube in bottom that goes to water pump,it is coming from some were else and bypassing the tube,is it suppose to do that or is there some other problem i am not seeing?
