2003 Mercury 75hp ELPTO motor

So my heat alarm is going off is I have the trim at different Angles

what setting off this alarm ? what do I need to replace/ clean

:grumpy:any help ? seems like a short some where . as soon as the prop is about 3/4 in the water the heat alarm goes off I can post videos or photos if needed
