mercury 25 hp

I have a mercury 25 HP on my pontoon and it cut off and wouldn't start back with the switch but I can start it will
The the pull cord and it will run find but today I can start it fine with the switch does anyone have any clues

Check the fuse holder near the starter solenoid for a bad connection or corrosion
