I have a 1996 Merc tracker 115 hp outboard. I was trying to check and see if my tachometer was faulty when I bumped a connection post to my aluminum console which sparked (did not realize the key was in the run position). I quickly turned everything off and checked fuses. Everything checked out. When I secured everything and turned the key to the run position nothing happened. I am not getting power to my motor controls now. I still have power to the running light, bilge, etc. but not the ignition. There is not an in-line fuse from the battery to the motor positive cable. Is there another fuse somewhere under the engine hood I need to check?
