Mercury 25 HP 2 Stroke with Power Trim Stuck Down

I am having a problem with my 25 HP Mercury 2 Stroke power trim! The trim Pump motor runs, but the Mercury motor does not go up. It was working fine as long as you did not lower the Mercury motor all the way down, but a mistake was made and the Mercury motor was lowered all the way down. Know the Mercury motor will not go up. The trim pump motor runs, but it will not raise the Mercury motor. What I need to know is how to raise the Mercury motor manually,so to fill with more hydraulic fluid, I feel that is the problem I just can't raise the Mercury motor to fill the reservoir.

I mean you should have a manuel release screw trough one of the bracket side.
Turn this appr. three(3) turns count.clockwise and try to lift it up.

I released the stuck trim and know the trim motor runs,but it will not go up or down, what to do?

you have to manually lift and lower the motor when the MRV (Manual release valve) is opened. it is possible top damage mrv seals if you run trim motor while it is screwed out.
