hi, does anyone know if this outboard has a mercury switch and if so, where to find it? i have a loose blk/yellow wire and think it either belongs attached to this or is a kill circuit wire that i have no idea where it should attach to, I replaced the solenoid on this as was broken, was so careful to re wire correctly, but afterwards the engine turned over as soon as the battery was connected without the ignition being on, I replaced ignition switch as was suggested that it may have been the switch but it still keeps on cranking away, am hoping the problem may relate to the loose wire, but any suggestions gratefully received. lou
