20 HP Mercury Pull Start No Spark

I have a 2 Stroke Mercury 20 hp Tiller w/ a pull start. Serial # OB115390. Kill switch is functioning properly. Everything seems to look alright at first glance. Got no spark when I pull it. What should I be getting for voltage out of the Primary? Looking for a couple of quick troubleshooting steps to see whats going on. Where to put the meter and what kind of voltage I should be getting? Possibly a problem under the flywheel? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
