2003 Mercury 115. When motor is in full up tilt position I get a fuel and oil mixture dripping out of the motor housing. At first I thought it was coming out of the oil tank but I am sure it is not that. I let the oil level go down so it cant leak out. Is this a normal thing that happens ? I have been putting a pad down to catch it. Thanks
