it appears that the engine is not getting gas after it starts. changed plugs, checked fuel filter, good gas. it runs anywhere from 10- 30 seconds and stalls

Some history needed ...On board or portable gas tank? Any other gas filters/water separators ? Primer bulb getting hard after squeezing ? Choking the engine to start ? When did this problem start to happen? Did you clean/replace fuel tank filter ... Any history of service work ...carb cleaning/service ? Can U post serial number ?
