HELP WITH A PICTURE???Mercury 135 Opti.2000

Was helping my neighbor and found a tube with a piece of broken hose hanging loose under the hood.

Gotta figure out where it goes???
Didn't take anything apart yet.Just hoping for an easy fix.
Started it up and no oil or gas came out. No vacume/vacum or water?
Neighbor said it tastd like salt comming from the tube????

Right click and Edit the picture in paint then go to resize and if it says 100 bring it down to 20 30 or 40 and try it again It must be under a certain amount of pixels to post it. Make a copy of the picture to edit as you will lose the original once edited and if it doesn,t work you can make another copy to edit.

Thanks Max, this is the first time it wouldn't take a pic.
After 4 tries it shrank enough and loaded.

i,m not too firmilar with 4 stroke so hopefully the cavalry will be here soon to assist you. There a great bunch on here.

Opti is a really over-engineered 2 stroke??
Good power and economy but LOTS of stuff to go bad???
