Winterizing 135 efi Optimax Outboard Mercury - Fogging or 'Special' Oil in Fuel?

For winterizing of the outboard 135 Merc efi Optimax, I have been told by a boat store in PA that they do not pull the plugs and use fogging oil or inject Optimax oil into the cylinders but instead they mix something (some sort of oil) into the gas and run the motor for a period of time to work it into the cylinders... This is separate from the fuel stabilizer. Is anyone familiar with this process? Do you know what the oil is and where it can be purchased? I was told by the marina that it was sold in "bulk" and "only available to dealers".

Thanks for your help!!!!

I need to become a dealer or bona fide marine mechanic so I can lie like a rug and get paid well for it.
