Need Help with Mercury Smartcraft sea temp alarm

I've got twin 225 opti's with the Smartcraft racing edition system on a 26 ft Angler center console. I keep getting "Sea Temp CKT Hi" alarm. I have been told that I can turn this off in the calibration mode, but I can't seem to find any info on entering calibration mode on this unit. I have found that on the other units you can hold mode and +, but I do not have a mode button. There is however a calibrate mode on the regular screen options, but no option for Sea Temp. Can anyone help with how to resolve this? I can run the motors at 4k rpms or less with no issues besides the blinking alarm, but anytime I go above this the alarm goes into red and puts the motor into "guardian mode". Thanks for your time!
