89 mercury 25 hp tach question

I know this gets asked alot but I cannot find my answer . I do not have a alternator nor electric start . Where do I hook up the tach sender wire ? My serial number is od208113 . Any help would be great

You need to install a lighting coil or complete alternator on the engine for signal to run the tach or install a tiny tach which gets it's signal from a plug wire through a induction wire.
