Mercury 9.8 torque settings

I am looking for the exhaust cover bolt torque settings and the settings for the cylinder block cover for a 1980-81 9.8 hp mercury serial #5814218. This is not a model 110. I am fixing a cooling problem and found leaking gaskets on both covers. Can anyone help?

Exhaust cover - 90 in. lbs.
Cyl. block cover - 100 in. lbs.
