2004 mercury 40hp 2 stroke will not start. Fire to the brand new spark plugs. Turns over strong. just no internal combustion. Seems like it's missing the internal "boom" to ignite. Carbs are clean. Fuel is present. Just no ignition. Is there a fuse or circuit breaker that may be keeping it from starting? Any help would be appreciated.
