How do you change upper motor mounts in a 1981 mercury 4cyl 50 hp

There is nothing in the seloc about these mounts. enyone changed em before??

in 1986 I had to tighten the upper mounts on my 1984 115hp. Powerhead had to come off. It took about 1 1/2 hrs. Put some red locktite on the threads prior to tightening them back up, didn't want to be doing it again. 12 yrs later they were still tight when I traded it in.
