2000 model v6 150 efi mercury won't run on two middle cylinders

Hi I am working on the above mentioned motor, The motor idles fine but is not running on the two middle sparkplugs, The motor has 125 psi x 6 within 5 psi, good spark on all cyclinders and good fuel pressure on the fuel rail. I have replaced the sparkplugs and also swapped coils to see if the fault shifts between the cyclinders- made no difference, I removed the injectors and have had them tested no fault found. Has anyone encounted this problem. The DDT dianostics does nothing for this motor. This motor has the ECU mounted on the front of the airbox,

mine a 115 inline 1983 so I don't know most about a newer ones. but it sound like switchboxs if you have them. one maybe going bad or the trigger, inner change switch boxs and see if it changed the firing order, if it dose not it likly the trigger hope this help?
