80 hp mariner identification

Hey guys, i ve been on this forum a few years ago and you ve helped me a ton, so now im back, i have an 80 hp mariner, it says mercury everywhere under the cover, serial number is 5825047, can someone help me identify this engine, year etc,,, im having fuel issues and need to order parts fuel pump and carb kits, and a service manual, also the carbs have numbers wm 12-1 and wm 12-3, i would like to find card kits and setting instructions for these carbs, thanks a lot in advance
