Mercury, Merc 200, 1975, 20 hp lower unit disasembly

i'm replacing the cam and reverse lock and i need only manual to put it back together.
I need to know if there is a shortcut instead of taking the lower unit all apart

If you took the shift rod out of the lower unit, then you will need to pull it apart to put it back in the shift cam. No way to align it otherwise...

Its the cam i need to get out and replace so i need to know if it is a easy job

There is 2 screws i cant get out in the lower unit on each side
I don't know if they are reverse thread so i need help
