Mercury 60hp Bigfoot EFI stalls

Over the past couple of weeks when I was driving at three quarter speed and then slowed down the engine stalled. Both times it took a few minutes and started right back up like nothing happened. The third time I was going about half speed and it stalled and I couldn't get it back running again. It seems like its not getting fuel to the engine.

I would assume to change the fuel filter, any other ideas?

And check for spark on all cylinders. Water in the fuel? collapsed primer bulb when the engine dies? Bad fuel pump? ECU going bad? Just a few causes. The fuel filter is rarely the cause for a fuel starvation issue on an outboard.

I took it to the Marina right near my house and they said that it is electrical and the fuel pump is not getting power. I recently had an ignition / wiring issue so I wonder if it is related.
