I have just purchased this motor, it will not idel at all. I have to Rev up rpms to start. when I pull back it dies. It runs great at speed. I talked to the local merc mechanic he sats he can blow the carbs out for $150.00. but that probably willnot fix it. He says it must go to a dealer that has the specialized tools need to fix, vacuums sync, etc. I have never delt with 4 stroke. but it does have carbs. I haved talked to another certified merc at tracker boats. He also says it is a big deal to fix approx $800.00 Do any of you guys have any ideas or suggestions, Any help would be greatly appreciated. This motor has very few hours on it Thanks
