150 HP Mercury

I have a 87 kingfisher boat with a 150HP Merc on the back how often should I change the impeller? it hasn't been in the water in about 3 years. Thanks ahead of time.

I would go ahead and chage it.My first 150 sat for 3 years and the impeller was all cracked.They can dry rot just like tires do.

Around 2 years should be good.If you like to beach it or run near shallow sand bars etc,i would change every year.
