Mercury, Merc 200, 1975, 20 hp outboard gear part needed

I'm looking for a part that turns the rod in the lower unit:

I don't know how to descrbe it very well but it is a plastic piece that turns the gear rod in the lower unit
The piece is damage (strip out) and won't turn the rod, so if anyone knows the name or part number please tell me

I can send a picture if it helps (picture wont be clear because its in a tight area)

i think its called shift shaft gear

I need the sector gear
The part numbers are 58972, 43-58972, 4358972
let me know if there is one for sale

called reverse lock
