Motor Swap mercury 115 hp to 200 efi

I have a 1996 lund with a 115 hp and looking to swap a 200 efi from another boat that I'm thinking about buying and swapping motors and resell it with the smaller motor has anyone did this before was wondering on the wiring for the injection mine is a 96 and the other is a 98 efi thanks

Everything is the same in regards to controller and plug in the harness...

So the injection set is completely self contained in the motor itself
