O.K. guys, this is driving me nuts. I have a 2003 Tracker 40 HP motor (made by Mercury) Serial Number: OT694689.
I can find part look ups on several sites, but here's the issue: the parts come up with the following part number: 705-850026T3. That is the number (apparently) for a piston assembly, i.e. piston, wrist pin, and rings. What I am trying to find is the mercury part number for JUST the piston, so I can cross reference the mercury number with sierra numbers and see how much they are. All I get with the merc. number above is the assembly, and it wont cross reference with sierra.
