mariner 6hp serial number help

hi am looking for more info on this outbard have a pic of the serial plate but cant find any info
any help would be good

Welcome, You can dig around on ********** for some detailed info. Go into Mariner parts, scroll down to the six hp motors and click on the first one which is just 6. You will see your serial # range. Click on that and you will find parts and diagrams.
