When tilting the carb upside down the mechanic has set the float level to the green line. Should it be here or at the red line?
Currently the engine is coughing and sneezing at idle (650 to 1000RPM), but runs well anywhere above. All three carbs have been cleaned. Some gunk was found in the bottom carb while cleaning. If the floats need to be adjusted I'd like to know before re-installing.
