I just recently bought my first boat...yea for me! But I have a question regarding the oil that I need to use for the bottom of motor. Is this any type of oil? How do I proceed in pouring the oil in? Correct me if I am mistaken but I've been told that I will need to take both screws off, let any oil drain out and fill in the proper oil through the bottom screw, once top screw hole is letting oil out I put this screw in and put bottom screw in as well. Does this make sense? Will I need to be doing this every month or is it best to drain prior to winterizing and put in new oil at the beginning of the season?
