just installed this outboard onto a 20' Quantum fish & ski. I had issues so I had a marina look it over and complete a test run. $500 later it came back with a pass. First time out it was hard starting. then it kept "loading up" when I tried to accelerate. from 1300 to 2300 rpm it was very boggy. I would have to back off to not stall out. once I pushed past that it ran fine. topping out at 4500 rpm. I want to try to solve this myself,but the EFI makes me think I need to go to a Marina for a plug in.
