I have a 2005 90 ELPT Saltwater 4 stroke. It's got good spark. I pulled the carbs and cleaned the them out. Starts right up but only runs on cylinders 1 and 3. Can't figure it out. Please help.

Anyone have any experience with the carbs on this engine. I have narrowed it down to a fuel problem. If it's not the carbs than I don't know how an internal combustion engine works!
