I cleaned the brushes, cleaned and oiled the grooves in the top piece that engages the flywheel, battery is new and fully charged, have 11.5 volts at the cylenoid, cleaned all connections twice. It still just spins, doesn't go up and engage the flywheel. I had difficulty getting the bottom half back together, getting the brushes to sit in the slots- could be an issue, any tricks to getting them seated properly when reassembling? Also not sure I have all the grounds back where they came off- anyone have a diagram? I beleive there were four.
