When I go to throttle I am having to repeatedly push in the key chock to keep the boat going. It isnt going fast, slow enough it doesnt wake. I just cleaned the carbs but it still wants to stall out when I throttle it.

Could this be from a bad coil? Also could a bad coil cause the 3 & 4 plugs not to spark?

I also noticed when I took a detailed look at the wires going to the coil packs and the switchbox some were crossed. It also looks like I am missing a wire going to the trigger plate, as shown in the images attached.(highlighted yellow)

Here is a pic of the wires coming from the trigger plate.

Does this make sense or am I missing something?

3 & 4 are not firing. I just tested and all coil packs are good. So that leaves me to believe it is that one (white/black/ wire going from the switch box to the trigger plate.
