No idea what it's worth - you haven't given us much to go on. Is it completely restored and in need of a minor repair or is it a scrap heap refugee? Mark 28s aren't the most desirable of old Mercs, due in part to their tricky waterpump replacement procedure requiring special tools and patience. They do run well when set up correctly and the shift incorporated in the tiller to operate the automatic transmission was ahead of its time, but again required special tools to get right. If you've got the time, good mechanical skills, lots of patience and a good service manual, you can probably navigate your way through one.
