1964 mercury 9.8 110 fuel mix

Im primarily an omc guy and I just got this motor. My '65 uses 50:1 and my '50's use 16:1 so what does this one use 32:1?

So if running it on 32:1 doesn't foul plugs is there any damage being done.

No damage, codykoke. Oiling a 2 stroke outboard is like watering a horse: more than needed is harmless, less than needed is often fatal.
