I just rebuilt a 1991 115 hp 4 cyl Mercury outboard and the owner wanted the oil injection removed so he could mix the gas himself. I took pictures during the disassembly process but none of my pictures show the hose routing very clearly. Does anyone know where I can find a good illustration of the hose routing on this outboard? Also there is a component with two hoses on it that is actuated by the throttle bellcrank and I am not sure what this component is. Is there someone out there who can enlighten me as to what it is and what it does? Thanks.
