I have a 1994 Mariner 75 HP OB that is having a problem getting up to speed. With transmission disengaged the motor will ramp up with the throttle. However with the transmission engaged the motor will not ramp up to WOT speed. This motor has sat for over a year. Is this a problem with the transmission/prop/gear case? Help!
