I recently bought a used 1993 75 hp mercury for my 84 Skeeter, I am having trouble figuring out all the wiring. Can anyone give me a wiring schematic for it. My old outboard was an old 76 chrysler that I was finding it hard to find parts for. I am trying to figure out how to wire up the tilt/trim and the mercury has tilt/trim on the throttle control and the chrysler was controlled by switches on the dash and other places on the boat. Also I cant figure out where the battery cables connect to the engine, there are several solenoids on the side by the starter and I noticed two of the solenoids had the nuts removed by the previous owner on the right side posts, but not sure which one to connect the positive cable to and where the neg connects to. Dont want to connect backwards are burn something up. The last issue is all the wires that come from the main control cable, the wire colors don't seem to match up.
