2007 (or -8) 50 HP Does it have oil injection?

I will being seeing someone about purchasing their 2008 boat on Friday. The boat is a Tracker Pro 175TW. It currently has a 50hp Mercury 2stroke. Does this motor have Oil Injection?

If not, what year model Mercury 9.9 hp's will match up to the physical (throttle and shift) Linkage? And, where can I get the pigtail to swap them out...

I want to put a jacking plate on it and swap the 50 or 9.9 depening on where I am going to fish. There is a local (whose name I did not get...dummy...) whose boat is set up like that, and I wanna be a clone..

Should be oil injected. Have you considered setting up the 9.9 as a kicker? That would kill two birds (or in this case fish) with one stone; or is that one crankbait? Well, I've confuzzed myself. What's new?
